  1. Prep: Wash hands, clean the site, and warm the upper arm.
  2. Collect: Adhere the device to the arm and press the button to begin collection.
  3. Pack: Seal the tube and place it in the provided return packaging.
  4. Ship: Drop the prepaid mailer with the carrier as soon as possible.
  5. Results: We’ll notify you when your report is ready.
