Understanding your ProstateGuard results

Negative or elevated risk—clear explanations to help you decide what comes next.

What a lower-risk result means

A lower-risk PHI score suggests a lower probability of prostate cancer being found on biopsy in the appropriate clinical context. It does not guarantee the absence of cancer. Continue routine screening and follow your clinician’s guidance.

What an elevated-risk result means

A higher PHI score suggests a higher probability of prostate cancer being found on biopsy in the appropriate clinical context. Your clinician may recommend additional evaluation such as repeat labs, imaging (e.g., MRI), or biopsy based on your overall risk profile.
